Thuy Truong (“Twee”), a seasoned business strategist with a global outlook, spent over a decade navigating high-tech and high-growth industries. In her work at Microsoft’s Cloud & AI division, she mastered the art of aligning operations with long-term strategic vision. But it was her dual MBA training, her Prosci change management expertise, and her deep curiosity for emerging sustainability standards that ignited a new calling—helping organizations embrace carbon accountability and climate-conscious strategies.
Nguyễn Phi Long, an entrepreneurial force in Vietnam’s energy and transport sectors, spent over twenty years building electrical infrastructure and eight years pioneering renewable energy and EV charging networks. From installing 27 MW of solar power to deploying over 200 high-speed EV chargers across the country, his companies have not only generated billions in revenue but have also reshaped Vietnam’s clean energy landscape..
When Thuy and Long met, their shared passion for sustainability became the foundation for a bold venture. They realized that while renewable energy projects were growing, there was a critical gap in connecting these projects to global carbon credit and renewable energy certificate markets. Without this bridge, much of the environmental value remained untapped.
SustainEdge Partner was created to close that gap—leveraging Long’s proven track record in large-scale renewable energy deployment and Thuy’s strategic, cross-border business expertise.
